Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) is a system for ensuring that products are consistently produced and controlled according to quality standards. It is designed to minimize the risks involved in any pharmaceutical production that cannot be eliminated through testing the final product. GMP covers all aspects of production from the starting materials, premises, and equipment to the training and personal hygiene of staff.


Halal certification is a process which ensures the features and quality of the products according to the rules established by the Islamic Council that allow the use of the mark Halal. It is mainly applied to meat products and other food products such as milk, canned food and additives.


MESTI is a food safety program by the Ministry of Health with the objective to put in place a system for the maintenance of food hygiene and process control which includes food safety assurance and food trace ability. Through this program, MESTI certification logo is introduced as food safety compliance and being a safety standard for micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Malaysia to be a major producer and exporter of food products by facilitating food safety and quality compliance.
